The German research institute Life-Test conducted an in-depth evaluation of the products manufactured by Planet of Regions. As part of this study, the Functional State Correctors (FSCs) « Diapason », « Light of Koltsov », and « Gold of Gobi » underwent a detailed analytical assessment.
The FSC « Diapason » can be used independently in accordance with the effects declared by the manufacturer. However, its primary application lies in its ability to enhance the overall efficiency of other Koltsov plates. This specific property was objectively confirmed during the initial phase of experimental testing.
The Functional State Corrector « Light of Koltsov » is distinguished by its remarkable energetic intensity, while maintaining complete safety and avoiding any form of overload for the user. The tests demonstrated its substantial effects in harmonizing the energy field, as well as its enhanced protective capacity acting primarily on the three lower chakras.

When the FSC « Diapason » is used as an amplifier, for example in combination with the Koltsov plate « Extra-Lor », the effect is markedly intensified. Almost all chakras — Throat, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root — reach energy levels of 40,000 Bovis, while the others — Crown, Third Eye, and Heart — rise to 35,000 Bovis. This amplification occurs both when wearing the Koltsov plate or when consuming a glass of water that has been structured for approximately 20 minutes with the FSC « Diapason ».
The FSC « Diapason » is commonly used as an amplifier for blue-series FSCs. For instance, when combined with FSC No. 7, an increase from 7,000 to 14,000 Bovis is observed across the chakral energies, and in some cases, the values can reach 28,000 to 40,000 Bovis. Owing to this amplification, an FSC No. 7 with four active elements becomes more effective than an FSC No. 7 with five elements. Consequently, the FSC « Diapason » can considerably enhance the energetic potential of both earlier and more recent models of Functional State Correctors.
Summary: By increasing the intensity of energetic flow, the FSC « Diapason » serves as an effective amplifier capable of improving the performance of any FSC within the energetic systems of chakras and meridians.
Test Results of the FSC « Light of Koltsov »
Comparative resonance tests were carried out according to a standardized protocol developed by Dr Josef Oberbach, founder of the Bioplasma Theory.
Meridian energy was assessed by measuring skin resistance at the ten Ting points of the left hand of the test subject, expressed in kilo-ohms (kΩ). These Ting points provide an overall picture of the individual’s energetic state.
Skin resistance values increase, on the one hand, with age and, on the other hand, significantly in cases of severe stress, such as intense negative environmental influences or illness. Healthy toddlers currently show skin resistance values of approximately 5 kΩ, young adults between 20 and 25 kΩ, and healthy adults around 40 kΩ. In contrast, ill adults or those exposed to negative environmental stimuli exhibit values between 80 and 200 kΩ, which may rise up to 200 kΩ in cases of strong exposure. The higher the skin resistance value, the lower the energetic value of the bioenergetic field. Conversely, the lower the skin resistance, the higher the energetic value of the person’s bioenergetic field, which corresponds to better health, improved regulatory capacity, and greater energetic harmony.
Using Kirlian electrophotography with the Russian EPC/GDV camera developed by Dr Korotkov, photographs of the fingertip energy field were recorded. The GDV diagnostic software calculates the energetic state of the organism, its organs, and the chakras by assigning the measurements to acupuncture meridians. The accuracy of these technically obtained results has been confirmed by the perceptions of individuals capable of sensing auras.
The FSC « Light of Koltsov » emits a very high energy level of more than 40,000 Bovis units, making it one of the most powerful plates, yet without causing excessively high energetic overload of the body.
The FSC « Light of Koltsov » activates all chakras, with the exception of the bladder/sexual chakra, to levels exceeding 40,000 Bovis, with the heart chakra in particular being clearly raised above 40,000 Bovis.
In the average measurement of organ energy values, when the FSC is placed in direct contact with the body, a strong energetic improvement towards the healthy normal value of 7,000 Bovis is observed, a result that had not previously been achieved with any other FSC. The curve is already clearly aligned as a continuous line at 7,000 Bovis, which is an exceptional finding.
In the GDV Kirlian imaging, optimal energetic values are indicated in all sectors after one week of wearing the plate:
The stress level (balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems) is 2.46, within the optimal range (2.0–3.0).
The energy level of 55.12 lies within the healthy medium range (optimal range 40–70).
Energetic symmetry, i.e. the distribution of energy between the left and right hemispheres of the brain and both halves of the body, is almost perfectly balanced at 99 % (optimal range 90–100).
The organ energy balance, with a value of 93.74, is also within the high optimal range (optimal range 70–100).
The energy reserve of 83 % is at a very high level (optimal range 20–60; high energy reserve above 60 %), indicating an excellent balance between energy intake and energy expenditure.

Test of the FSC «Gold of Gobi» and the FSC «Koltsov Light» worn simultaneously:
It now becomes interesting—as recommended by M. Koltsov—to wear the FSC «Gold of Gobi» and the FSC «Light of Koltsov» together: on the right side of the body, the FSC «Gold of Gobi», and on the left side of the body, the FSC «Light of Koltsov». Together, the two FSCs now form a neutral energy field of more than 40,000 Bovis. As a result, all chakras are increased to more than 40,000 Bovis. It is therefore particularly recommended to wear both Koltsov plates at the same time for several hours per day.
In the GDV Kirlian photograph, optimal energy values are displayed in all areas after one week of wearing: the stress level (balance between the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems) is 2.62, which is within the optimal range (optimal range: 2.0–3.0).
The energy level is 61.10, which is within the healthy medium range (optimal range: 40–70). Energy symmetry, that is, the distribution of energy between the left and right hemispheres of the brain and between the two halves of the body, is 98.82%, which is almost perfectly balanced (optimal range: 90–100).
The energy balance of the organs is also 92.23, which is within the upper optimal range (optimal range: 70–100). The energy reserve reaches an incredible 100% within the very high optimal range (optimal range: 20–60%; high energy reserve: above 60%), which indicates a very good balance between energy input and energy consumption. This shows that it is not necessary to wear both FSCs throughout the entire day—sensitive individuals may even feel «overloaded».
