Do I need to pay customs duties?
You will not be charged any customs fees upon delivery. Within the European Union, no customs duties apply. As an EU-based company, we comply with EU tax regulations, and any applicable EU taxes (including VAT, where required) are handled as part of your order.
If delivery is made outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, etc.), customs duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient upon receiving the parcel.
Can I purchase without VAT?
Yes, in certain cases this is possible.
If you live outside the European Union, your order is automatically processed without EU VAT. As soon as you select a delivery country outside the EU, the total is recalculated and VAT is removed from the price.
This means you pay the export price.
If you are an EU-based company and have a valid VAT number, you can also place an order on behalf of your company without VAT being charged. The system will automatically validate the number and recalculate the total.
For private individuals living in EU countries, VAT is charged in accordance with the legislation of the delivery country.
Will I receive instructions for the product?
A printed instruction manual is not included in the package.

Do you sell authentic FSC products?
Yes. We are an official FSC distributor in Europe and we sell only genuine Functional State Correctors.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can check the delivery status online at any time.
How long does order processing take?
Usually 1–2 business days.

We work with reliable European shipping carriers. The carrier is selected based on the delivery country.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed?
If you notice that the tracking hasn’t updated for a while or the status seems unclear, simply contact us. We monitor every shipment and promptly reach out to the carrier to clarify the situation.
What if the parcel is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
Please let us know immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
What if the parcel gets lost?
All our shipments are insured. In case of confirmed loss, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

“Honestly at first I was really disappointed. I’m quite a sensitive person and usually I feel right away if something works for me or not.
With the FSC the first two days felt kinda weird — not bad exactly, just this strange feeling like I wasn’t really myself. I got a bit upset, thought maybe my intuition tricked me, and also it’s not a cheap thing you know. I read the instructions again, everything seemed fine, I was wearing the plate drinking the structured water and still didn’t feel right. I was almost ready to text customer service but then on the third day, boom, everything changed.
I woke up and there was this crazy clear feeling in my head, like everything was calm and sharp at the same time. Usually I feel that only after long meditation, so it really surprised me. During the day ideas just flowed, and I kept thinking wow what happened to me?! After those first days of doubt, the difference was just huge.
And the best part — that feeling didn’t go away next days, actually it got stronger. I felt more focused, more in tune with myself, like my mind and body were finally working together.
Now I think those first two days it was just my body trying to adjust, kind of syncing with the plate.. And after that, it all kind of clicked. What I feel now is hard to describe, it’s something you gotta feel yourself.
I totally fell in love with my FSC. Now I want to try other plates too, even if I’ll have to get them little by little — probably one a month, given the price.
