The «Solar Alignment» practice

From the Author

Honestly, I adore the day of the summer solstice.

Every year I wait for this sunrise with a feeling I can’t quite describe. I try to wake up early, while the whole world is still asleep, make myself a good cup of coffee, and step out onto the terrace to meet the first rays of the sun. I take my favorite notebook and spend some time alone with myself.

I reread my old notes — my wishes, plans, and dreams. Some of them have already become reality. Some have changed along with me. And some are still waiting for their time.

And every single year, the same thing strikes me.

So much of what once seemed almost out of reach has gradually made its way into my life.

That’s why on the day of the summer solstice, I write down my dreams again. Not because I’m waiting for a miracle. But because I believe in the power of intention.

For me, this is a special moment — when, together with the rising sun, I give my desires the right to exist. I stop keeping them only in my head and allow them to take their place in reality.

Perhaps that’s why I dream so much more boldly now than I used to.

Maybe because with each passing year, I feel my connection to nature and its rhythms more deeply. The summer solstice reminds me how powerful the energy of a single day can be — when the whole world is filled with light, life, and forward movement.

And perhaps that’s why I love doing this practice together with my FSCs. Because they too carry the power of nature — the energy of special places, natural sources, and unique states of being.

I love the feeling that on this day, all these forces seem to come into harmony at once: the energy of the sun, the energy of nature, my intentions, and my FSCs. And it’s precisely in moments like these that it feels easiest to dream — broadly, boldly, and without limits.

The «Solar Alignment» practice

Choose your time

If you have the opportunity to greet the sunrise on June 21st — don’t miss it.

There is something truly special about the way the longest day of the year is born. The world hasn’t yet filled with noise, the sun is just rising above the horizon, and the space around you seems to invite you to pause and listen to yourself.

That’s why dawn is considered the most powerful time for this practice. It’s ideal for gratitude, setting intentions, and aligning with a new life cycle.

But if you can’t make it to the sunrise — don’t worry.

The practice can also be done during the day, when the sunlight is in its most active phase. This is a good time for working with vitality, mental clarity, goal realization, and the transition from dreaming to doing.

Evening works beautifully too. Especially if you’d like to close the day with ease — releasing what no longer serves you, working with water, a candle, or your FSC, and directing your attention toward the changes you want to invite into your life.

The most important thing is not the exact time.

The most important thing is your inner state.

If you can’t practice at dawn or at a specific hour, there’s no reason to skip it altogether. Choose the moment when you can stop, take a deep breath, let go of the rush, and quietly focus on what matters most. This entire day belongs to you.

On the day of the summer solstice, what matters is not the perfect form of the ritual. What matters is your inner focus: what exactly you want to strengthen, release, or set in motion in your life.

How the «Solar Alignment» practice works

Summer solstice ritual

Find a quiet time when no one will disturb you. It’s best to turn off notifications, silence your phone, and create a space of stillness around you. Remember: this practice is not about external activity — it’s about inner alignment.

Sit comfortably with your spine straight. If possible, face the sun, or simply sit facing east. You may play soft, meditative music if that resonates with you — just make sure the sound helps you gently gather yourself inward rather than distract you.

Place your chosen FSC against your chest, close to the heart chakra, close your eyes, and visualize a warm, golden light beginning to glow in the area of your heart. Your FSC resonates with it, amplifying it. This is not a sharp flame — it is a living inner light that gradually fills your chest, your body, your thoughts, and the space around you.

Mentally release into this light everything you wish to be free from: fears, doubts, fatigue, old grievances, inner noise, self-doubt, the feeling of being stuck. Visualize all of it dissolving gently in this solar light and transforming into clean, pure energy.

Then ask yourself:

What intention do I want to plant in my life for the next six months?

This doesn’t have to be a material wish. An intention connected to your inner state, growth, healing, creative unfolding, your relationship with yourself, or your spiritual foundation is just as powerful — and just as valid.

Here are some examples of wishes, intentions, and states:

  • I choose a state of inner calm in which my decisions become clear and my life becomes more stable and harmonious.
  • I open myself to love, tenderness, and mutual attraction, allowing myself to be desired, noticed, and valued.
  • I allow myself to radiate beauty, femininity, and confidence that naturally draws attention, admiration, and warmth toward me.
  • I choose health, lightness, and physical strength, so that each day I feel more energy, mobility, and joy in being alive.
  • I direct my energy toward restoring my body, inner balance, and vitality, so that I feel alive, focused, and fully resourced.
  • I open a new chapter of financial growth, in which my ideas, actions, and opportunities lead to a steady increase in income.
  • I choose the development of my work: may my business strengthen, expand, and bring me more freedom, confidence, and material stability.
  • I allow myself professional growth, recognition, and advancement to a new level — where my abilities are seen, valued, and well rewarded.
  • I choose a state of abundance, in which money comes to me through honest opportunities, sound decisions, and confident action.
  • I open myself to new possibilities, people, and events that help me grow, strengthen my position, and create a life that reflects my true desires.

Once you have formed your intention, keep your eyes closed and repeat it several times — calmly, softly, without tension. Not as a request directed at the future, but as an inner choice that is already beginning to live within you.

The key is not simply to visualize a picture, but to enter the feeling — where both your heart and your mind already know this state. Stay with it for a few minutes. Remember it. Notice where it lives in your body: in your chest, your belly, your back, your hands, your breath, your posture.

If you chose health, feel yourself in a body that has grown stronger, lighter, and freer. Imagine walking briskly without fatigue, cycling, playing with a child or grandchildren, climbing stairs with ease, dancing, swimming, moving with joy. Feel not just the image, but the sensation itself: the breath, the lightness, the strength, the pleasure of movement.

If your desire is connected to love, imagine yourself in a state where you are loved, desired, and truly seen. Feel the warmth, interest, and admiration in someone’s gaze. Feel the presence of a person beside whom you feel calm, joyful, and alive. Sense not only the image of this person, but your own state alongside them: softness, confidence, openness, an inner radiance.

If your intention is related to money, career, or business, imagine that this growth has already happened. You see new orders, clients, a successful project, a rising income, recognition for your work. Perhaps you are celebrating a new milestone in a beautiful place — a hotel, a restaurant, a gathering with partners or friends. Feel what it is like to be someone who made it happen. Notice how you carry yourself, how you speak, how you make decisions, how confidence, freedom, and groundedness feel in your body.

If what you need is inner peace, imagine your life in which you no longer respond to everything with anxiety. You wake up feeling steady. You make decisions calmly, speak more clearly, and no longer scatter your energy in all directions. Inside you, there is a place you can return to at any moment.

When the feeling has filled you, open your eyes and write down your intention. Let it be not just a dry phrase, but a living message to yourself — written from the state you just experienced.

And don’t forget to open this note six months from now — on December 21st, the day of the winter solstice. This creates a beautiful inner arc: from the maximum solar light of summer to the deep inner light of winter.

In closing

After writing, there’s no need to immediately analyze whether you’ve done everything correctly. Simply thank yourself with the words:

“I have set my intention. May it gently guide me toward where my soul, my energy, and my life are ready to unfold.”

Now bring your attention to your FSC. Feel it, and express gratitude for its amplification and attunement with the solar energy. Then drink a glass of water that has been structured with it.

What makes this practice so valuable is that it brings together the ancient symbolism of the sun, inner meditation, and modern technology. The result is not simply a wish — it becomes a personal energetic landmark, something you can return to over time and witness what has shifted, both within you and around you.

The Solar Alignment Practice is at its most powerful on June 21st — but it is equally suited to any moment when you feel called to set a new intention, clear your inner space, and consciously direct your energy for the months ahead.
