How to use a Functional State Corrector

How to use a Functional State Corrector

Functional State Correctors are designed to be simple and easy to use in everyday life.

Unlike many modern devices, they do not need charging, setup, or constant checking. You simply keep an FSC near you — on your desk, in your pocket, in your bag, or as a bracelet on your wrist — and use it naturally throughout the day.

Functional State Correctors can be used in three main ways.

First, they are used to structure water (and other liquids), which is the most common and most recommended method. Since we already drink throughout the day, this is the easiest way to include an FSC in your daily routine.

Although we often say “structured water,” FSCs can also be used with other liquids — for example, tea, coffee, juice, and other drinks. However, for everyday wellness and hydration, pure water remains the most beneficial option.

Structured water is the foundation of daily FSC use, because water is the main carrier through which the body receives information.

Second, FSCs can be worn on the body or kept nearby during the day or at night. In this way, they are often used to support personal energy balance, harmonise the surrounding space, and help reduce the impact of electromagnetic exposure.

You can place an FSC next to you while working, carry it with you when you go out, or keep it in your bag. When convenient, simply put a glass, cup, or bottle on it — at home, at work, or even in a café.

Third, FSCs can be used for energy rebalancing practices (sometimes called energetic “pumping”). This method usually involves combining two or more FSCs at the same time.

This third method is optional and is usually chosen by more advanced users — those who want to explore FSCs more deeply, work with subtle energy practices, or support themselves during periods of low energy.

Among these three methods, the first and most important recommendation is to regularly drink liquids structured with an FSC.

This is the easiest place to begin, and for many people, it becomes the core of everyday FSC use. Below, you will find practical guidelines for structuring water and other liquids correctly.

How to Structure Water and Other Drinks with an FSC

To structure water or other drinks, place a glass, bottle, jug, or any other container filled with liquid on top of an FSC.

The structuring time depends on the specific FSC you use.

Since each FSC has its own structuring time, we have prepared a convenient summary table on a dedicated page. Please visit the link below to view the article and quickly find the recommended structuring time for each plate. Link

Important tip:
It is best to structure water (and other water-based materials such as creams, oils, wine, etc.) using only one FSC at a time. This helps preserve the integrity of the information and avoids mixing data from different correctors.

Hot Drinks and Heated Food

If you are preparing tea or any hot drink, always structure it after heating.

Boiling changes the structure of water, so it is not effective to structure water before boiling it. The same rule applies to food and drinks in general: structure them after heating.

How to Structure Larger Volumes of Water

You can also structure a larger amount of water using a smaller amount of already structured water.

For example, to prepare 1.5 liters of structured water, add 100 ml of structured water to regular water and mix thoroughly.

Structured Water for Shower or Bath

An FSC can be held near a water tap or attached to a pipe so that water passes by it. In this case, flowing water is structured instantly, allowing you to enjoy a structured shower or bath.

This method works only with FSCs from the blue, green, and purple series.

If you want to prepare a bath using an FSC from another series, you can:

  1. structure 1.5 liters of water with that FSC,
  2. pour it into a bathtub filled with regular water,
  3. mix well.

When structured and unstructured water are mixed together, the result is structured water.

How Long Structured Water Keeps Its Properties

According to researchers, water may retain FSC information for up to 6 months.

If your structured water was prepared more than two weeks ago and has been stored without movement, gently shake the bottle before drinking. This helps reactivate and redistribute the information carried by the water.

Daily Water Intake Recommendation

It is generally recommended to drink at least 30 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day.

If you are not used to drinking much water, increase the amount gradually. A slow and steady approach is the best way to make it a comfortable daily habit.

Сarry your FSC with you

If you are new to FSCs, we recommend starting with structured water first, and then gradually adding the practice of carrying an FSC with you.

One of the easiest ways to use an FSC is simply to keep it near you during the day — for example, in your pocket, in your bag, on your desk, or worn on the body (including as a bracelet, if applicable). This is one of the most practical and effortless ways to include FSC support in everyday life.

In many cases, Functional State Correctors are carried near the solar plexus area, but in daily use you can keep the FSC anywhere close to you. The most important guideline is to pay attention to how you feel.

Listening to Your State

The effect of an FSC may vary depending on its focus and your personal sensitivity.

With some FSCs, you may feel more energised and activated.
With others, you may feel calmer, more grounded, and more balanced.

This is why the main rule of FSC use is simple: observe your state.

If you feel that a particular FSC gives you a lot of energy, it may be better to place it farther away in the evening before sleep.

If you feel that an FSC calms and relaxes you, you may try keeping it near you at night — for example, on your bedside table.

Some people sleep well with almost any FSC nearby, while others are more sensitive. In general, FSCs designed specifically for sleep or evening support are the best choice for night-time use.

Targeted Use Near the Body

An Functional State Corrector may also be kept close to a specific area of the body for a period of time (for example, near an area of discomfort), depending on your routine and comfort level.

Some advanced users also choose timing practices based on organ meridian activity, but this is optional and not required for everyday use.

Using more than one FSC at the same time

You can carry more than one FSC at the same time, but the number depends on your personal energy level and sensitivity.

If you are just starting, it is usually best to use no more than 1–2 FSCs at a time.

To work properly, FSCs should not be placed directly on top of one another.

Important Safety Note

Do not place an FSC near a pacemaker. Placing an FSC directly over a pacemaker may interfere with its function or reduce battery life.

If you are planning a medical procedure under anesthesia, do not carry any FSCs and do not drink structured water for at least two days beforehand, as FSC use may reduce the effect of anesthetic medications.

Energy Rebalancing Exercises

In addition to everyday use (structured water and carrying an FSC with you), Functional State Correctors can also be used for energy rebalancing exercises.

There are many different rebalancing methods, depending on your goal and the number of FSCs you have. On this page, we provide just a few simple examples to help you get started.

These exercises are optional and are usually used by more advanced users or by those who want to explore FSCs more deeply.

For best results, stay relaxed, remain still during the exercise, and pay attention to your state before and after each practice.

Crossed Rebalancing Exercise

You need 2 to 4 FSCs. (Sitting or lying down)

Use 2 FSCs:
Place one Functional State Corrector under your left foot, closer to the toes.
Hold the second FSC in your right hand above your head (holding it with all fingers).
Stay still for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then repeat on the opposite side:
place one FSC under your right foot and hold another FSC in your left hand above your head.
Stay still for 2 to 3 minutes.

Use 4 FSCs (optional):
Place 2 FSCs under your feet and hold the other 2 FSCs in your hands.
Stay still for 2 to 3 minutes.

Spinal Column Rebalancing Exercise

You need 2 FSCs.

While sitting or lying down, place the first FSC under the coccyx and the second FSC at the base of the neck (last cervical vertebra). Stay still for 3 to 5 minutes.
