Can I return a product if it’s not right for me?
Yes. You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and has not been damaged.

Do I need to pay customs duties?
You will not be charged any customs fees upon delivery. Within the European Union, no customs duties apply. As an EU-based company, we comply with EU tax regulations, and any applicable EU taxes (including VAT, where required) are handled as part of your order.
If delivery is made outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, etc.), customs duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient upon receiving the parcel.

Can I purchase without VAT?
Yes, in certain cases this is possible.
If you live outside the European Union, your order is automatically processed without EU VAT. As soon as you select a delivery country outside the EU, the total is recalculated and VAT is removed from the price.
This means you pay the export price.
If you are an EU-based company and have a valid VAT number, you can also place an order on behalf of your company without VAT being charged. The system will automatically validate the number and recalculate the total.
For private individuals living in EU countries, VAT is charged in accordance with the legislation of the delivery country.

Will I receive instructions for the product?
A printed instruction manual is not included in the package.

Do you sell authentic FSC products?
Yes. We are an official FSC distributor in Europe and we sell only genuine Functional State Correctors.
All products are officially imported and customs-cleared within the European Union. Planet of Regions OÜ is registered in Estonia and operates in accordance with EU regulations.

Can I track my parcel?
